You keep all ownership of the photos and briefs you provide. You grant M60 PAINTING CONTRACTORS LTD a limited, non-exclusive licence to process them solely to operate the tool — that is, to generate your colour plan, previews and reveal outputs, and to let you revisit recent work.

Uploaded photos are cached for up to 30 days to support your session and then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner. We do not use your uploads to train AI models, and we do not sell or publish them.

Subject to an active subscription and these terms, you may use the colour plans, palettes and visual previews Huely generates for you for your own personal or professional decorating projects, including sharing them with a decorator or supplier of your choosing.

• Outputs are creative visualisations, not photographs of a finished result — do not present them as such.
• Do not resell Huely outputs as a standalone colour-consultancy product or claim they are certified decorating advice.
• Do not use outputs in a way that breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.
